Ricardo Bosi is working on a constitution (very much like America)to help take us forward when we the people take our country back. Have you had a chance to look at that?
Thanks for your input and concerns to the world problems', it's not new, it's worth's looking at "The Prince" a book written by Niccolò Machiavelli around 1513-1521, there are many quotes, here are two "It is better to be feared than loved, if one cannot be both." and "One can never make a good first impression second time.".
